OneConnectionAI is currently being developed. Certain
features, pricing structures, verification systems,
AI tools, payment systems, and member functions described
on this website are planned features and may change before
public launch.
These Terms should be reviewed and updated before member
registration and payments begin so they accurately reflect
the final operating service.

Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use form an agreement between the person
using OneConnectionAI and the entity operating the
OneConnectionAI service.
By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or
otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and
any policies incorporated into them.
If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the
matchmaking service.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
By using OneConnectionAI, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- You are using the service for lawful purposes.
- You have not been prohibited from using the service.
- You will provide accurate account information.
OneConnectionAI may establish additional eligibility
requirements where required by law or necessary for the
operation of the service.

One Person, One Account
Each member may maintain only one active account unless
OneConnectionAI expressly authorizes otherwise.
You may not create multiple accounts to:
- Contact additional members
- Avoid connection limits
- Circumvent another member's block
- Evade suspension or termination
- Misrepresent your identity
- Manipulate platform features
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials
and for activity occurring through your account.

Verification
OneConnectionAI may require members to complete
verification procedures before accessing some or all
features.
Verification may include email, telephone, payment,
photo, selfie, liveness, identity, or duplicate-account
checks.
You agree not to interfere with, falsify, manipulate,
or circumvent verification procedures.
Verification is not a guarantee.
Verification may help confirm certain information, but
OneConnectionAI does not guarantee the honesty, intentions,
background, character, financial condition, or future
behavior of any member.

Profiles & Photographs
Your profile must truthfully represent you.
You agree not to:
- Impersonate another person
- Use another person's photographs without authorization
- Use fully AI-generated images to misrepresent your appearance
- Intentionally provide a false age
- Misrepresent your relationship goals
- Use deceptive or materially misleading profile information
- Post unlawful, threatening, obscene, or abusive content
OneConnectionAI may remove profile content that violates
these Terms or other platform rules.

Interest & Active Connections
Expressing interest in another member does not create an
automatic right to communicate with that person.
Private communication opens only after both members have
independently expressed interest, unless another feature
expressly states otherwise.
Connection limits
OneConnectionAI may limit the number of active connections
a member may maintain.
Current planned modes include:
- Focused Mode: one active connection.
- Open Mode: up to three active connections.
A member who reaches the applicable limit may be required
to close an existing connection before opening another.

Messaging & Communication
Messaging is intended for respectful communication between
mutually interested members.
You may not use messaging to:
- Harass or threaten another member
- Send repeated unwanted messages
- Solicit money or financial assistance
- Promote fraudulent investments
- Request passwords or verification codes
- Distribute malware or harmful links
- Promote illegal activity
- Attempt to circumvent a block or closed connection
OneConnectionAI may use automated systems or human review
where appropriate to investigate safety concerns and
enforce these Terms.

AI Matchmaker
OneConnectionAI may offer optional artificial-intelligence
features designed to assist with compatibility analysis
and introductions.
AI-generated recommendations may consider information
members choose to provide, including relationship goals,
interests, lifestyle, preferences, communication style,
values, and deal-breakers.
AI Matchmaker results are recommendations only.
No compatibility guarantee.
OneConnectionAI does not guarantee attraction, chemistry,
trust, compatibility, marriage, relationship success,
or any particular outcome based on an AI recommendation
or compatibility assessment.
Members remain solely responsible for deciding whom they
communicate with, meet, date, trust, or form relationships
with.

Member Safety
Members are expected to use reasonable judgment when
communicating with or meeting people through the service.
You should never send another member:
- Money
- Cryptocurrency
- Gift cards
- Banking credentials
- Passwords
- Verification codes
- Sensitive government identification information
OneConnectionAI may provide automated safety warnings,
scam alerts, reporting tools, or account review procedures.
Such tools reduce risk but do not eliminate it.

Prohibited Conduct
You may not use OneConnectionAI for conduct including:
- Fraud or attempted fraud
- Romance scams
- Financial solicitation
- Impersonation
- Harassment or stalking
- Threats or intimidation
- Blackmail or extortion
- Sexual coercion
- Hate-based abuse
- Illegal activity
- Commercial spam or solicitation
- Collecting member information without authorization
- Automated scraping
- Attempting unauthorized access to the service
- Circumventing account restrictions or blocks
- Manipulating compatibility or ranking systems
- Creating fake or deceptive profiles

Membership Fees & Payments
OneConnectionAI may charge fees for verification,
membership, AI Matchmaker features, or other paid
services.
Prices will be displayed before purchase.
Current planned pricing may include:
- $4.99 one-time verification fee
- $9.99 monthly Connection Membership
- $49.99 six-month Connection Membership
- $19.99 monthly AI Matchmaker membership
- $99.99 six-month AI Matchmaker membership
Prices and features may change.
Renewals
If memberships renew automatically, the checkout process
will state the renewal terms before purchase.
Refunds
The final refund and cancellation rules will be published
before paid member registration begins and will comply with
applicable law.

Promotional & Complimentary Memberships
OneConnectionAI may offer introductory pricing,
Founding Member discounts, complimentary membership,
referral promotions, or other offers.
Promotional eligibility may depend on participation,
account standing, availability, location, launch market,
or other published requirements.
Promotional benefits may be modified or discontinued
when permitted by applicable law and the terms of the
applicable promotion.
A promotional or complimentary membership does not exempt
a member from verification, safety rules, connection limits,
or other Terms.

Member Content
Members retain ownership of profile text, photographs,
and other content they lawfully provide, subject to the
rights necessary for OneConnectionAI to operate the
service.
By submitting content, you represent that you have the
right to use and provide that content.
You grant OneConnectionAI a limited license to host,
display, process, transmit, and use the content as
reasonably necessary to provide the service, including
profile display, matching, messaging, moderation, safety,
and support.
The final production Terms should state the precise scope
and duration of this license.

Suspension, Restrictions & Termination
OneConnectionAI may investigate suspected violations of
these Terms.
Depending on the circumstances, actions may include:
- Safety warnings
- Requests for additional verification
- Temporary restrictions
- Suspension
- Removal of content
- Permanent account termination
Serious conduct such as fraud, threats, financial
solicitation, impersonation, or attempts to evade a
previous ban may result in immediate termination.
Payment does not prevent enforcement of the Terms.

Meetings & Offline Interaction
OneConnectionAI provides tools for introducing and
connecting members. It does not supervise private
conversations, dates, travel, meetings, relationships,
or other interactions between members.
When meeting someone in person, members should use
reasonable safety precautions, including meeting publicly,
maintaining independent transportation, and informing a
trusted person of their plans.
You are responsible for your own decisions.
OneConnectionAI cannot guarantee the identity, intentions,
conduct, or safety of any person you choose to meet.

Service Disclaimers
OneConnectionAI is intended to facilitate introductions,
communication, and matchmaking assistance.
The service does not guarantee:
- That every member will find a match
- That another member will respond
- That a mutual match will result in a date
- That a date will result in a relationship
- That AI recommendations will be accurate
- That verified members will behave honestly or safely
- That the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free
Compatibility information and AI recommendations are
informational tools, not professional psychological,
medical, legal, financial, or relationship advice.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OneConnectionAI
and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees,
contractors, and service providers will not be responsible
for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary,
or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
This may include damages arising from member conduct,
failed relationships, communications, meetings, fraud,
lost data, service interruptions, or reliance on AI
recommendations.
Applicable law may not allow certain limitations, so some
portions of this section may not apply to every user.
Final legal review required.
The liability, dispute-resolution, governing-law, arbitration,
class-action waiver, and consumer-rights provisions should
be reviewed by qualified counsel before the service launches.

OneConnectionAI may update these Terms as features,
pricing, technology, law, or operating practices change.
The date at the top of this page will identify the most
recent revision.
Material changes may also be communicated through the
website, account notices, or another appropriate method.

questions regarding these Terms, billing, membership,
account issues, and legal notices.
Before Launch
These Terms provide the foundation for OneConnectionAI,
but the production version should be updated after the
application architecture is finalized.
Before accepting registrations or payments, the final
Terms should accurately identify the operating business,
billing and cancellation rules, dispute-resolution process,
governing law, service providers, intellectual-property
rights, applicable app-store requirements, and any state,
federal, or international consumer-protection requirements.
